About
I am a pharmacist with diverse professional experience across government hospitals and clinics, non-governmental organisations, community pharmacy, and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. I currently hold Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
certification from WITS Health Consortium and a Quality Assurance (QA) in the
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry certificate from North-West University.
My professional journey has allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare systems from multiple perspectives including clinical, operational, and organisational. I am particularly passionate about quality improvement and ensuring that systems operate at their highest capability. I take a proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies, strengthening processes, and supporting monitorable improvements that benefit both patients and organisations.
To further strengthen my strategic and managerial capabilities, I am currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Liverpool John
Moores University. This academic pursuit reflects my commitment to understanding the broader business and operational underpinnings that influence healthcare delivery. By combining pharmaceutical expertise with business insight, I aim to position myself as a well-rounded professional capable of contributing meaningfully to organisational growth, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability.
