I am a pharmacist with diverse professional experience across government hospitals and clinics, non-governmental organisations, community pharmacy, and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. I currently hold Good Clinical Practice (GCP)

certification from WITS Health Consortium and a Quality Assurance (QA) in the

Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry certificate from North-West University.

My professional journey has allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare systems from multiple perspectives including clinical, operational, and organisational. I am particularly passionate about quality improvement and ensuring that systems operate at their highest capability. I take a proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies, strengthening processes, and supporting monitorable improvements that benefit both patients and organisations.

To further strengthen my strategic and managerial capabilities, I am currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Liverpool John
