I achieved an Artificial Intelligence Analyst Certificate in August 2019. I was currently working as an ICT intern at Gauteng Provincial Treasury from 2022 – 2024 February. I did a learnership at Wesbank under the CSC department in 2021, which is the customer service centre.
I worked on the MEC dashboard for Gauteng Provincial Treasury, which used PowerBI as the reporting tool, and the data was outsourced from SharePoint. During my studies, I’ve learned project management, software testing, SQL databases, Java introduction to programming, critical thinking, problem-solving, machine learning, communication skills, and Oracle forms. Developing software in Javascript & Python, which are both intermediate skills,.
During the internship, I have learned how to assist other users, log their calls, ensure computer compliance, configure & install programmes, install and configure printers, and solve complex problems that users are facing.
