I am able to operate a computer system and type letters using Microsoft word, im able to use Microsoft Excel for calculation for example preparing and calculation of Invoices and data capturing and I have the knowledge of how to save a document in the computer system. I am able to use or operate office outlook to receive and send emails. I am able to browse through the internet to do research of information.
Office administration requires filling of documents which I am able to do e.g Filling of Municipal bill or statement, Telephone invoices and statements, I also know how to order office stationary e,g A4 papers, Stapler, Staples, Pen, Printer toner and cartridges. I know how to operate photocopy machine, faxing a document, Laminating a paper and Binding of a document.
I was working at Pepstore as sales assistant, where i was dedicated to my job which was to help costumers as a cashier, help customers at the floor with sizes and prices, assisting customers to identify items or stock on promotion, and stock on sale. As a sales assistant I was trained to receive stock from the warehouse, unpack the stock and allocate the stock from the store room to the floor, arranging according to sizes and distributing stock according to their departments.
Iam so dedicated to my job and I put all the efforts and I always want to see customers walking out of the store with a smile, happy and satisfied about my service.

I was working as a cashier, cellphone consultant and as a sales assistant, as a cashier I know how to operate a till. What I was doing every morning before operating a till was to collect float or change from the cash office count it and start operating. As a cashier I trained that I don’t have to stay with a lot of money in my drawer or till, if I see that I have a lot money I have to do what is called pick-up/ I have to do banking i.e counting money and deposit it inside the drop safe.
As a cellphone consultant I was trained to receive cellphones from the dealer, displaying cellphone and make sure I do cellphone count weekly to know how many were bought and stock on hand and it will help me to know if I don’t have loss. As a sales assistant I was trained to receive stock from the warehouse, unpack the stock and allocate the stock from the store room to the floor, arranging according to sizes and distributing stock according to their department e.g ladies department, men’s department, girls and boys department, hardware department (plates, mugs, glasses) etc. I was assisting customers at the floor for example with prices and sizes.
Assist customers to identify items that are on promotion or special/sale. I was so dedicated to my job and put all the efforts and I always wanted to see customers walking out of the store with a smile, happy and satisfied about my service.

I have done in-service training under this learnership programme with Department of Education at Ritlhavile secondary school where I was assisting the Administration Clerk with registering of learners and capturing their data i.e. capturing their names, ID number, addresses and their contact numbers according to their grades, capturing learners report, typing letters, photocopying and printing.
