Thandiwe Nxumalo

I have worked in the Casino industry since 2015 as a cashier, customer service host then eventually promoted to supervisor. I am currently studying for a higher certificate in HR. I am credibly professional with everything I do, a people's person at heart and I always strive to be a great team player.

I also do well working as an individual and complete tasks at hand. I am looking to leave the industry due to limited grown opportunities, working with people teaches you empathy, communication skills as well as a strong sense of self. Good computer skills, administrative skills and conflict resolution are skills I have mastered.

I had to drop out of school and went to volunteer at a construction company while searching for a job, 2015 I was employed as a cashier as Goldreef city Casino which exposed me to many financial policies and multiple transactions and discipline. I then moved to the marketing department as a customer service host then later promoted to supervisor where I now train hosts to be professional hosts and I attend to daily administrative duties and functions. Knowledge is power in our line of work.

Currently studying for a higher certificate in Human Resource Management.
