My name is Noluthando Mabetoa, Thando is preferred. I am an IT technical support graduate who has certificates in Web development, device encryption and programming basics and I am currently studying as a software engineer. I am a well rounded, tech savvy, confident, ambitious, diligent and vibrant team player.

I believe in working smart and bettering not only myself, but the team and overall the company. I have worked in the IT field for over a year as a system support engineer and helpdesk coordinator and administrator, in that I've learnt how to resolve end user issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining the integrity of the company and the team. I have also learnt the importance of team work, delegation and I have also learnt how to better understand any team I have the privilege of working with, how to escalate tickets and how to assist the team and any client for the betterment of the company, customer satisfaction and the growth of the team overall.
