A self-starter and curator of making sure that all project and business continuity objectives are achieved.

I have over 4 years’ experience working in sales & marketing and Project Coordination, and 5 years in the Administration and Support of SAP C4C. In my current Role as Project Coordinator I am responsible for maintaining all project documentation and ensuring that that there is effective communication between team member and all stakeholders. In my previous role as SAP C4C and Master Data Support Analyst at Hatch Africa, I was responsible for Managing, Support, coordination and resolving issues relating to SAP C4C.

I was also been involved in various activities including ensuring that all users have the correct access for SAP C4C in terms of the information they would be feeding into it, ensuring that all users know how to use the system and implementing WALKME as a tool to assist users with instructions for SAP C4C. My strength lies in the fact that I have a good eye for detail, so I notice even the smallest aspects of design. I possess a strong initiative to drive success.

I have obtained a BA Psychology Degree. When I started my career I then went on to Complete a PRINCE2 Foundation in Project Management Certificate and a Certificate in Business Writing. Currently I am working towards obtaining my PRINCE2 Practitioner and CAPM Certificates.
