I'm a qualified fitter and turner with experience in maintenance and mechanical fitting. I’ve worked on machine maintenance, alignment, and repairs in an industrial environment. I’m good at problem-solving, working under pressure, and making sure machines run safely and efficiently.
In my previous role, I was responsible for maintaining equipment and reducing downtime by quickly identifying faults.
I’m now looking for an opportunity where I can grow my skills further and contribute to a company that values reliability and technical skill
I have experience working with coding and labelling equipment, including date coders, TIJ and CIJ printers, print and apply systems, laser coding machines, and labelers.
My main responsibilities included the service and maintenance of labelling and coding machines, as well as machinery installation at customer sites. I also provided training to customers on how to correctly operate the equipment.
In addition, I do fault finding and repairs when machines break down, and I provide on-site technical support to ensure minimal downtime for customers.
Through this experience, I’ve developed strong skills in troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical fault finding, and working directly with clients in a professional and service-driven environment.
I have a Matric certificate from Mohaladitoe Secondary School. After that, I studied Mechanical Engineering at Sedibeng College where I completed N2 to N5 certificates.
I also completed my Fitter and Turner trade test at SAJ Competency Centre, where I qualified as a certified artisan.
This combination of theory and practical training has given me a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, maintenance, and hands-on technical work.
