• I assisted staff with troubleshooting software and hardware issues, including computer crashes, software installation errors and network problems.
• I provided remote support to internal and external staff, as well as Judges using AnyDesk and telephonic communication to ensure continuous service delivery.
• Perfomed password resets and managing user accounts through the Active Directory database, ensuring proper access control, system security and overall administration.
• I installed and resolved issues related to OCJ systems such as BAS, LOGIS and PERSAL.
• Handled the installation and troubleshooting of Windows Operating Systems and various enterprise software tools.
• I supported network infrastructure by configuring and maintaining LAN/WAN connections, troubleshooting IP addressing and DNS issues.

• Experience in IT risk management through implementing cybersecurity measures such as BitLocker drive encryption, antivirus deployment, and conducting IT audits to ensure devices and networks were secure, compliant, and protected against cyber threats.
• Provided printer support with installation, configuration and fault diagnosis, carried out out hardware maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure system reability.
• I logged, tracked and resolved IT support tickets, including issues escalated by users to ensure service delivery and technical support for Microsoft Office 365 and other applications.
• Contributed to server room maintenance by conducting equipment checks and maintaining organization.
