• Appointment - appointing new permanent and temporary educators, creating their new files and capturing their information into persal system to obtain persal numbers.
• Acting Capacity - also includes creating new files and capturing information on the system for acting educators for the duration of 3 months.
• Substitute Posts - appointing an existing educator for temporary period to fill in a vacant post for the previous incumbent due to illness, maternity leave and transfer.
• Pension - terminating educators from persal system due to resignation and long incapacity leave such as illness and retirement, submitting their GEPF documents.
• Leave - creating and capturing leave forms into persal system and calculating their deductions and notifying them with letters from the department's director.
• Allowances - making payments for housing allowances, bonus, and for obtaining new qualifications and weekend and public shifts.

• Registrations - helping student to be unblocked academically so they can register the semester via online and provide the proof of registration after the process.
