I have been in the IT/Telecommunication industry for almost 12 years and my current job/title is a Service Manager (Tier 3 Engineer) working with Service delivery specialist, network engineers and IT managers to meet the clients’ expectations. Worked for only two companies since graduating. Been exposed to the culture of the industry and managed to consume a huge amount of knowledge and experience and gained irreplaceable set of skills and technical abilities in my current path.

Familiar and exposure to ITIL concepts and adoptions .Searching for new an opportunity in which I can increase those skills and experience in an industry that is continuously changing and exposure to new technicalities and knowledge. Looking for an opportunity I will be part of the businesses skill force and future plans/vision, the business accomplishments and career growth technology industry.
