I worked as a call centre agent specifically as a customer service and billing agent at the Call Centre International (CCI). Started working in May 2022 and ended at September 2022. I interacted with customers from the UK in assisting them with theirs bills and renewing their contracts.
I started attending Durban University of Technology in 2019 where I studied my National Diploma in Operations Management and completed my studies in 2021 and. Graduated in 2022.
