As an attorney, I have been engaged in numerous litigious matters involving civil claims against the RAF, PRASA, the MEC for Health in KZN as well as other governmental bodies. My expertise extends to engagements with clients and colleagues, where I am confident in providing guidance on policy/regulatory documents and contracts, as well as in drawing a variety of legal documents from pleadings and notices to AODs, Powers of Attorney and other mandate contracts.
I hold an LLB degree as well as a BA degree with double majors in Legal Studies and English. I am also currently engaged in a Compliance Essentials course which examines key concepts from compliance frameworks in Southern Africa.
