My name is Thomas Motsoahae, I'am from vaal in a family of 5 siblings was,my mom past away while I was 21 years old. Left with my father whose the only one whose making sure we sleep with a full stomach.I did a learneship in production process control in 2009 till 2014, then I was lucky in 2019 to work at element 29 that's where I've started to study safety and did my 10 days OHS training which I passed got my certificate worked as a junior safety co-ordinator at element 29.
I've worked as a permanent SHE REP at element 29 for 2 years on the 3rd year I did my OHS training got my certificate and worked at element 29 as a junior safety co-ordinator.
