I am dedicated young man who is willing to work under lot of pressure and still produce a desired results and gain more experiance in plastic industries. My wish is to work in another plastic company as setter where i will demonstrate my experience and continue put the companies interest and goals at high level. I believe in these industry in most cases when you are a setter you have to be candidate like me who is a problem solver and intelligent man who think out of the box who is very strategically and an experienced candidate who is hardworker.

Setter at Industrial Consumer Plastic (ICP) (2020-09-11 – 2024-12-13)

I work with different kinds of machines such as Haitian,Demag, Stock and bosch. I have work with material such as PP,GPPS,HDPE,LDPE,ACETAL,HIPS,NYLON,PET,PC and ABS. I do these below duties.

• Mold changer
• Setting up machines
• Preparing a robort if the mould will be suitable for that mould. we have star robort and haitian robort as well as sprue picker robort.
• Overhead Crane Operator 2500ton for mold installation or mold change.
• Trouble shooting
• Assist in break down
• Problem solving
• Ensure housekeeping maintained
• Equipped with trouble shooting in injection moulding machine and plastic problem solving skills.

Setter at Lasher tools (2025-01-13 – 2025-05-31)

at lasher tools so i had two role in this company, i work as machine setter in injection machine and tools setter at tool room. At Plastic shop i did the following.

• Mould installation and removal
• Monitoring cycle times on each machine
• Fill the hour check list on every machine
• House keeping.
• Troubleshooting
• Problem solving
• Colour change
• Preparing a material
• Drive forklift while installing and remove mould.
• Servicing the mould
• Strips and clean and greece the mould and assembly it.
• Servicing the hydrolic cores by changing the old rubbers put new.

Setter at Glen tec tools (2025-06-01 – 2025-10-31)

• Mould installed and removal
• Monitoring the cycle times
• Do colour changes
• Do troubleshooting
• Do maintenance like changing water pipes,cleaning the machine.
• Assist in toolroom once all the machine are running smooth.
• Check the stock to avoid overun the machine on the stock board.
• House keeping.

Setter at Quality Crate Manufacturer (2025-10-01 – Present)

• Troublshooting flash and shots shot
• Do colour changes
• Packing during lunch breaks
• Assist in maintenance
• Count product before sending it to customers
• Do housekeeping.
• Greece the mould every 3 days before shift start
