Tiana Castro

I am a hard-working, goal-oriented, innovative, creative, and enthusiastic individual. I have good communication, listening and collaboration skills and when given a task I will put my best foot forward. I am fast learner and know I will successfully be able to work hard and exceed your expectations. I've learned how to be more tolerant, dependable, accountable, and attentive via babysitting. Additionally, it has helped me develop my organizing, communication, and listening abilities.

I have just matriculated and so I have not had much experience in the workforce except for child care/ babysitting.

However whilst babysitting I’ve had to ensure a safe environment at all times and many other things such as:

• On occasion I've had to prepare and give meals to the children.
• Bath and dress the children.
• Administer medicine.
• Assisted children with homework.
• Expertly handled problem behavior by calming children and redirecting their behavior. (Disciplined children when necessary)

I have just completed high school (grade 12) at St. George’s Grammar school in Cape Town.

I matriculated and received a bachelors pass.
