I am a call centre agent currently 2 years in the industry. I am passionate about speaking to people and providing a service and I hope to master all aspects in my field.
I am a call centre agent and I have worked Business Solutions Southern Africa, Linchpin Marketing and currently at I-Talk International. I have 2 years experience in the industry.
I matriculated in 2017 at Fred Norman Secondary school. Therefore I started my studies at Unisa in 2020 for a diploma in accounting science, which I have 5 modules still to do to be done with my qualification.
