I have hands-on experience in metallurgical processes gained during my role as a Graduate Metallurgist at Impala Platinum, where I've been actively involved in monitoring key performance indicators, maintaining metal accounting records, and collaborating with quality control teams. My role also includes identifying opportunities for process improvement and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. I've contributed to project optimization and played a key role in the commissioning of a plant section.

This experience has equipped me with a solid technical foundation and effective problem-solving skills in the mining industry.

I hold a BSc(Eng) in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering from Wits University. During my academic journey, I actively engaged in extracurricular activities, including serving as a project coordinator for Engineers Without Borders and as the secretary of the student council. This experience enhanced my leadership and communication skills.

Additionally, I won an award for my contributions to the student council. My coursework covered a broad spectrum, including computing, management for process engineers, statistics, and economics, alongside metallurgical courses. I graduated with a strong academic record, averaging 68%, demonstrating my commitment to academic excellence.
