- Sampling during the drilling process.
- Sampling preparation.
- Test holes and face sampling and logging.
- ROM pad and External stockpile sampling for grade and feed ratio monitoring.
- Ensure sampling integrity is maintained and with no contamination.

- Conduct all sampling and sample-handling activities at all drill sites and in the field.
- Sampling and core handling in the core yard facilities and implementing quality assurance and quality control (core recovery).

- Control of core loading activities by ensuring the correct mining perimeters as well as the allocation of materials.

- Peg out boundaries and construction works.
- Assist surveyors and survey technicians in measuring angles, distances, and elevations.
- Collect and label samples correctly.
- Record measurements in an electronic field data recorder.
