I am a very passionate individual, servicing has always been my passion, I Iove working with people and resolving issues.

I've been in the Healthcare consulting industry from 2009, I've had the pleasure of working with different types of companies, from universities, municipalities and many more.

My job entails being assigned a client where you'll be responsible for servicing, I work with a lot of Medical schemes, do inductions, presentions for all assigned schemes, organize wellness days, do reports and overall ensure client satisfaction - This also include dealing with the clients billing/recon.

I love the fact that my job entails ongoing training, this keeps me updated on all industry related matters thus I am able to offer proper guidance/advice to my clients.

Matriculated at THS Langlaagte.

Then did a customer service certificate at Cornerstone College.

Later wrote my RE: 1 certificate at Moonstone business college.

Later did a certificate in marketing management at Boston city campus.

Also in possession of a Wealth management certificate obtained at the institute of Healthcare risk managers.

Worked at Moso Consulting services(Healthcare brokerage) for 9 years where I started off as a receptionist, call center agent and a Client liaison officer.

I later moved to Muthelo treasury, where I worked as a Business development consultant for 6 months.

Later moved to Alex Forbes where I am working as an Onsite consultant since 2018 to date
