I have four years of experience at Thai Summit Autoparts Industry South Africa doing the following:

• Calibrate measuring instruments such as torque rench, digital vernier caliper, measuring tape and dial gauges.
• Plan Calibration schedule according to the frequency of Calibration per instrument.
• Calibration part checking fixtures and assembly welding fixtures using CMM machines and softwares (polyworks and PC-dmis).
• Support tool room with tool buy-offs and tool verification.
• Schedule and measure production parts according to customer specifications.
• Support process engineering department with root cause analysis.
• Reverse (Scan to CAD) Engineer tool block using Quick surface software.

National diploma in mechanical engineering at Tshwane University of Technology.
