As a journalist with over two decades of hard international news coverage included working for some of the worlds biggest news networks and agencies, i am driven by my field of work. Reporting the news should be seen as a privilege and an honour. In an attempt to broaden my knowledge and experience i have completed courses in Hostile Environment Training and advanced first aid, as well filming withing the underwater environment through an PADI Advanced Open Underwater course.
I am skilled in working ion multiple roles withing the television and online environment and a have contacts with the industry that span more than two decades. I had the privilege of covering many stories that that include President Nelson Mandela as a professional and as an intern. Most notably he's visits by Bill Clinton, Al Gore, Madelaine Albright and other notable statesman.
I was also tasked with covering the death of Princess Diana by along with other international journalists got comment from her brother outside he's Cape Town home.
