I am a presentable, well spoken and intelligent worker. I have progressed for almost 2 decades in the tracking industry gaining a wealth of knowledge in Emergency, Bureau, Software, Technical and Sales. I am very drawn to the customer care side as I feel that client satisfaction is integral to success in business.
I have worked as a Security Inspector in charge of both shifts and employees, a control room operator for 5 years, software installer and trainer for 7 years, Bureau Supervisor for 2 years and a Sales Account Manager and new sales hunter as well for around 5 years.
I have a matric and PSIRA Grade B. I also have done a Microsoft 1 year diploma in I.T. in 2000.
