Creating documents for quality, receiving, packaging, dispatch and maintenance department. : Training Workers health and safety, Food safety and personal hygiene, Customer awareness, Allergen management and colour coding, Foreign material control, Good manufacturing practices, Food defense, Equipment verification, Quality controllers. Documentation control: monthly checklists printing and issuing to QC”s.
Monthly sign offs of process and quality control records and report any areas requiring improvement.
Taking samples or doing swabs for testing pathogens in the facility.
