I am currently employed as a Dragline, Drilling & Blasting Mine Overseer (High-Wall Operations) at Seriti Kriel Opencast Block 06. I’m responsible for day to day Dragline operations and Drilling & Blasting Overburden & Coal activities, I’ve been in the Mine Overseer’s position for 4 years, Drilling and Blasting Foreman for 5 years, Miner/Blaster for 3 years blasting assistant for 2 years and machines operator for 2 years which is a total of 16 years experience in drilling and blasting operations/ opencast environment
