I hold a National Diploma in Management Assistant, Customer Service Foundations Certificate and Lean six sigma certificate, currently studying towards National Certificate in Business Analysis. My experience spans over 7+ years as a Support Specialist, and Management Information Systems consultancy for customized systems that are used country wide with +1000 users per client. I have implemented and supported systems following the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) while complying with ISO standards, internal and AGSA requirements, and ITIL practices for service management ensuring that provided solutions support business accordingly.
