My name is Pitas Mashego, and I am a third-year management student at Cape Peninsula University of Technology. I am currently majoring in business administration, with a concentration in marketing. I am also minoring in customer service.
I have been working in customer service for the past two years. My first job was as a customer service representative at a local retail store. In this role, I was responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and upselling products. I was also responsible for providing excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers.
I am a highly motivated and results-oriented individual. I am also a team player and I am able to work independently. I am confident that I can learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
