Assistant Miller - PepsiCo, Sasko Bethlehem Mill - Bethlehem

• Performing analytical testing on raw material and WIP Product (wheat flour).
• Work closely with the Shift Miller to assist in daily operations, including monitoring production, troubleshooting issues, and performing basic maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, quality checks, and any adjustments made during the milling process to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Report non-conforming products.
• Adhere to FSSC 22000, AIB and GMP standards.
• Actively monitor equipment flow to prevent chokes and minimize production downtime.
• Check for vitamin dosages.
• Assist maintenance and production teams during repairs on sifters, filters, and conveyors.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks (such as checking roll brushes and scrapers) and report equipment faults or abnormalities.

Machine Operator - PepsiCo, Sasko Bethlehem Mill - Bethlehem

• Fault finding and adjustments to ensure product within spec.
• Maintain 5S while operating machinery.
• Execute change over as per schedule.
• Responsible for organizing workflow and takes responsibilities for safety, quality, delivery and performance on the line.
• Ensure line efficiencies as per agreed target.
• Running machine on set speed as per specifications
• Adhere to all related procedures.
