- Performing analytical testing on raw material and WIP Product (wheat flour).
- Work closely with the Shift Miller to assist in daily operations, including monitoring production, troubleshooting issues, and performing basic maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, quality checks, and any adjustments made during the milling process to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Report non-conforming products.
- Adhere to FSSC 22000, AIB and GMP standards.
- Actively monitor equipment flow to prevent chokes and minimize production downtime.
- Check for vitamin dosages.
- Assist maintenance and production teams during repairs on sifters, filters, and conveyors.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks (such as checking roll brushes and scrapers) and report equipment faults or abnormalities.
Machine Operator - PepsiCo, Sasko Bethlehem Mill - Bethlehem

- Fault finding and adjustments to ensure product within spec.
- Maintain 5S while operating machinery.
- Execute change over as per schedule.
- Responsible for organizing workflow and takes responsibilities for safety, quality, delivery and performance on the line.
- Ensure line efficiencies as per agreed target.
- Running machine on set speed as per specifications
- Adhere to all related procedures.
