I have been in the insurance industry for more than 10 years, with vast experience in short term insurance. I am looking to expand my knowledge in the insurance technical space. I am a master at servicing clients, understanding my clients makes it easier for me to understand their needs and preferences. I am a fast learner who is always ready to learn new things within my work space and out of my work space. I am ready to have a feel of a new environment and new culture.

I am currently working as an insurance Portfolio manager at Nedbank Insurance company. I have been servicing clients for over 10 years, have been in the broker space supporting a broker with underwriting new business issuing, quotation requests, Endorsements, retention, credit control. I have done Quality control assisting the bank with reducing the risk, working with process analysts to identify gaps in the processes.
