I am good in designing policy and legislative frameworks for corporate and government development initiatives; stakeholder identification, analysis and management; engagement with government officials and politicians in the activities of our projects; facilitation of disputes and conflicts during implementation of socio-economic projects; facilitation of training and development programs; networking with various public/private structures for partnership relations; co-ordination of CSI, SLP and ISD programs; formation of solid project structures in collaboration with councilors and traditional leaders; coordination of stakeholder engagement program to articulate implementation processes; management of SMMEs and the entrepreneurial programs aimed at uplifting affected communities; coordination of communication/marketing strategies for information dissemination, management of budgets and financial cash flows.
