Skilled in coaching, facilitating and leadership. Entrepreneurial self-starter with proven abilities in creating analysis and a passionate about community development. Capacity building and youth empowerment. I have practised for a year.

I am motivated by any opportunity where i can learn new aspects and make a difference in the lives of the vulnerable or engage with people (especially in community. development and mobilization). I am always willing to take on greater responsibilities to help out. In addition to that, some of my strengths includes; capacity building, facilitating and youth development through coaching or mentoring.

I have worked with an international organisation registered in United States of America, called “Rise International” in their project we were capacitating an orphanage with soft and hard skills. Business trainings for the sustainability of their organisation through creating their own Income Generating Activities. All the mentioned were performed within a period of a year.

I managed to obtain level 5 Diploma in Community Development.

I got my Diploma at Institute for Development Management.

After my higher education, I collaborated with Lesotho Red Cross Society while still working with Rise International and I managed to receive a training on First Aid and I was awarded a certificate on that training.
