Telephonic Product support for the Service team and SLA clients - Ability to analyze and Investigating Issues reported from clients and resolving these issues and/or referring to a senior Consultant in the team or to development - Training of internal service team, call desk staff and sub-contractors on hardware - Quality Assurance testing on all new development - Meet release deadlines, in your control - Create technical product release notices and documentation - Create client release notices - Analyze and test new hardware products, work closely with the WFM product champion to test new solutions (Idemia reader, Controller, alcohol, breathalyser etc…) - Create training videos on new product features - Create “Did you know” material on new and existing product features - Ensure all test equipment is always operational to ensure quick testing - Conduct End user training when required - Assist with compiling of the training syllabus - Assist at Trade shows (build and represent the company) - On-site support and assistance if required - On site project implementation if required - Self-study to learn new products as well as new functions and benefits of the latest software releases.
