I have obtain my National Diploma in Walter Sisulu University in Information Technology (Communication Network). I am able to use packet tracer, Troubleshoot network & computers , Configure IP/ TCP ,Provide IT desktop and LAN Support, Install software, Setup desktop/ Laptops, Coding using java, c++, VB languages .
I dont haved experience but I am able
Provide IT desktop and LAN Support
Configure and setup desktop/ Laptops, hardware, Software audits
Assist with information Technology service desk duties
Ensure effective functioning of each workstation by means of correct software and hardware installation and network configurations
Ensure effective and efficient daily support.
Provide first line help desk and desktop support
Provide technical advice and Support to IT users
I have obtained National Diploma at Walter Sisulu University in Information Technology majoring with communiction networks & technical programming An intensive four years course in an accredited IT Institution, the course entails Desktop App development, Mobile application development, as well the use of multiple programming languages that includes Java, Java Script, HTML and CSS and so fourth in Software Development side and in Networking side, I took part in Communication Networks, Distributed Systems, IT Electronics and Project Management as modules. I participated in developing programs as the course required us to complete some tasks to be able to graduate.
