• Opening the purchase orders for far truck for diesel using NAV system
• Closing the purchase order and attached it for payments from Creditors department.
• Provide inputs and implement policies pertaining licensing of Provincial vehicles capturing route efficiency for trucks and drivers.
• Managing accident/breakdowns when necessary
• Doing route efficiency report and analyses the losses and biweekly planning for driver and assistants.
• Monitor licensing disc and tracking system disc for all vehicles in head office.
