· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
· Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
· Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
· Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying

· Preparing documents for enquiries, resignations, dismissals, absconding, termination of contracts
· Updating forms for employees’ individual files
· Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
· Keeping record of all leave and assisting payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information (e.g., holiday and sick days taken
· Providing evaluations for all limited duration contracts before the end of 4 months of employment
· Assisting the HR Manager with everything required
· Helping late employees with access passes
· Printing reports (e.g. Absenteeism, Timekeeping
· Sending withdrawal forms to Provident fund
· Archiving inactive employees’ files
· Placing updated memorandums and posters on all notice boards
