Call Logger at GAAP POINT OF Sale, I was responsible for the logging of Customer queries via phone call or mail, I was also responsible for doing follow up calls on clients after the technician assisted the client to check that all is okay , I worked as a call logger for 2 years after being promoted to Helpdesk Support technician, I was responsible for assisting our clients with their technical related issues they were experiencing telephonically,2 Years Later I was promoted to Onsite support Technician in which I worked for a Year, I was responsible for assisting our clients onsite with issues that were unable to be resolved telephonically, I then moved to a different company called Digitot where I was a Onsite Support and Installations Technician, I was responsible for the Installation of our new clients equipment onsite, i was also responsible for assisting the client with training on our products as well as assisting with ensuring that the equipment is always working or servicing the equipment.
