A friendly and well-spoken individual with a completed National Higher Certificate in Information Technology majoring in Systems Software, Development Software(Java,C++,Delphi) and Information Systems(MS Access, Oracle,pl/sql) and Project Management as well as a National Certificate in Information Technology with A+ and N+.I have gained more than 5 years working experience within the IT environment including logging, assigning, updating and closing IT support incidents/calls, installing hardware and software and remote or telephonic support to users as well as updating the database I have more than 2 years Embrace Support experience mainly in user and printer administration, running of day end and month end procedures as well as running debtors month end and updating the VAT period. I also have beginner’s report writing skills and I am teachable in other advanced areas.I am a hard worker, a fast learner and I prioritise my duties and attempt to solve incidents within the stipulated SLA. I have my own transport and a valid driver’s license
