Been in the Call Centre environment for all most 20 years, always had an interest in software testing, last year decided to pursue my goal, studied through Ilab istqb practical software testing course, with my Call Centre knowledge I have hands on experience with this environment and want to be given the opportunity to gain further insight on IT to improve Call Centre systems and with this, to learn to become a fully fletched software tester.
