Currently, I am an Independent Contractor providing HR professional services to a variety of businesses across multiple jurisdictions and industries. My services include business development, project management, company secretarial duties, and policy development.
I have over 25 years HR Management experience, leading HR Teams across multiple jurisdictions internationally. My passion is resolving and advising on complex employee relations matters. My strength lies in strategic workforce planning with a focus on Talent Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning and Performance Management.
I have a National Diploma in Business Management and a postgraduate professional certificate in an advanced labour law programme.
