I have fifteen years’ experience in Transformation, Employment Equity (EE)
and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) areas. In my capacity I have been responsible for leading Transformation, EE, and D&I from end to end and laid out the strategic plans and policies for these areas. I have taken on the compliance and governance aspect of preparing the Annual EE reports for the Department of Employment and
Labour (DoEL) submissions. I have also prepared and created the EE plans which meant monitoring and evaluating progress against the objectives/ goals on the plans. My responsibilities extended to providing quarterly reports in writing to the South African leadership teams / CEO/ Executive teams,
Business Leaders, EE Committees, Social and Ethics Committee including input to the companies sustainability report. I have project managed teams during disability disclosure campaigns, diversity awareness drives, National
/International women's day, and LGBTQ events. My work in DEI has exposed me to various key players within the
People and Business teams which has led to more collaborative pieces of work in driving strategy.
