I have extensive strategic and operational experience, skills and knowledge in Human Resources Management with specialist experience in Learning/Skills Development, Talent Management, Transformation and Organisational Development.
I operate at both, strategic and operational levels and can face complex challenges effectively. With a proven record in developing and implementing policies and best practices, along with a flair for creating work environments that attract, develop and retain top-notch talent, I am very keen to further expand my professional horizons by seeking and meeting new challenges.
Over the years, I had the opportunity to expand my knowledge in various industries, mainly in the field of learning and talent management. In my role, I have worked closely with Leaders to effectively implement relevant and meaningful initiatives that were strategically aligned with the organization's needs and goals. I am an exceptional communicator and have strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills.
My overall in-depth knowledge of human resource principles and best practices allows me to be an excellent and effective specialist and as a result I’m able to make well-informed decisions and devise strategies that ensures the satisfaction of both employers and employees.
I have a track record of measurable success in talent development at a national level, leading large-scale projects that required me to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines. I have successfully managed projects that involved working with multiple departments within an organization as well as coordinating with outside vendors within various platforms. This has included the management of a future’s orientated talent pipeline which included the management of bursary schemes, Internship programs, learnership programmes, leadership development programmes, mentoring and coaching programmes and e-learning programmes.
I have also managed the process to induct and onboarding new hires as well as the overall management and implementation of individual development plans of employees. I have a reputation for developing meaningful relationships with employees and learners enabling them to reach their potential. I am thrilled when I see people developing new skills, growing in their careers being proud of their success.
