I completed my Doctorate in Counseling Psychology (2016) at Breyer State University - USA- Doctorate Thesis: Thoughts, feelings and emotions of expatriate students in a Saudi Arabian school. The research that I completed here helped me understand expatriate students and the challenges that they face when they move from one country to another as a result of their parents work. This equipped me with further with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitude that is required in my profession working with expatriate students. This definitely helped me understand all students…. the way they think, the challenges they face and the decisions that they have to make along the way.
Prior to this I completed my Masters degree in Educational Psychology through the University of South Africa (2007). Masters Dissertation: Teacher Competencies in an International School in Saudi Arabia.
