I have 3 years experience in the call centre environment working with customers, citizens as well with international clients. I have been working in a technical support helping customers with the system and different devices.Handling inbound and outbound calls, letters and E-mail request and social networks and achieve an increase first contact resolution. Escalate customer request to the appropriate provincial department or municipality for feedback and resolution.
