I bring over 20 years of payroll and HR administration experience, including more than 15 years in senior payroll roles managing large, high-volume payrolls within complex organisations.
I am a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) with proven experience managing full end-to-end payroll for 500–1,000+ employees across multiple entities.
My expertise includes hands-on payroll processing on Sage 300 People (10+ years), supported by VIP Premier and Classic, with full accountability for payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, reconciliations, audits, and reporting.
My experience covers comprehensive South African payroll legislation, including PAYE, UIF, SDL, EMP201 and EMP501 submissions, IRP5 processing, and third-party reporting. I have managed bargaining council and industry-related fund reconciliations, worked closely with HR and finance teams, and successfully resolved payroll queries and discrepancies in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
I am detail-focused, highly organised, and accustomed to working independently while liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
My employment history reflects long-term tenure and stability, having spent over 16 years with my most recent employer and nearly 10 years with my previous organisation.
