The Dishaba mine is a underground mining facility within Anglo-American Platinum's operations and employs roughly 6000 employees and contract employees.

• Maintain clear communication with the Operational HR Coordinator regarding operational activities. Prepare and deliver accurate system reports within specified deadlines as requested.
• Ensuring that safety and legal standards are adhered to and monitoring the HR process regularly to ensure compliance and understanding of standards and procedures.
• Deal with constraints up and downstream and communicate process problems with the relevant staff to resolve issues.
• Allocating work scheduled to subordinates and setting priorities for task completion.
