• Set up boardroom according to service request
• Ensure the tea station is tidy n fully setup
• prepare crockery and cutlery
• Ensure refreshments are served on time
• maintain a clean and hygiene kitchen areas
• collect stock from stockroom
• make sure all clients are well served with a good service
• Always be available to assist clients
