• Lead and supervise team members including the performance of staff.
• Facilitate employee relations, time keeping and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure that the correct PPE is used where necessary.
• Prevent any unsafe behaviour through supervision and awareness.
• Upkeep of attendance register on a weekly bases.
• Ensure that equipment is functioning correctly to prevent wastage of water.
• Control stock levels of fertilizer and oversee that plants are watered correctly.

• Ensure that PQI standards are met & all seedlings are dispatched within specifications.
• Maintain a neat & orderly growing and dispatch area at all times.
• Conduct weekly safety talks.
• Fulfil any other tasks that may be required by management.
