I am writing to apply for the call center Representance position and
I possess 6 years of call center experience at Capfin Loans and as Customer service Agent we receive daily calls from customers and worked to assist them with their technical or service related issues. I am very organized and pay more attention in details and I'm a natural problem solver. My interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly have serve me well as a customer service agent.
I've worked for more than 6 years from Capfin loan in customer service department dealing with customers handling their technical issues and solving thier problems over telephonically and also worked from Nzima Construction company doing office work and filling.
i pass my metric 2016 with my computer courses and after that I went to study at cput doing Multi Media technology.
