- Complete the trip sheet and specifically add odometer readings and complete the log book
- Determine the sampled DUs from a GIF unpacking form
- Identify household within sampled DUs and eligible respondents and administer questionnaire on the device to all identified and individuals
- Transmit the collected data to the DSC/ADS synchronizing data on the device
- When refueling the driver should check that the odometer reading on the fuel slip is correct

Driver - EZI Shuttle - Durban

- Transport passengers to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner (e.g. airport, homes, and offices)
- Follow pre-planned routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at destinations
- Driver to display EZI Shuttle welcome board with all airport passenger collections
- Welcome/Assist passengers with loading and unloading of luggage and other items into the vehicle
- Driver to deal with recipient in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate department
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving the shuttle vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Retest the completed customer service assessment form
